Manually Update Leave Balances

 

Base Admin/Finance users can manually update member leave balances within LeaveWeb, but they can not update their own leave balance. Another Base-level user will have to do this for the Base-level user needing the adjustment.

 

Note: Before updating members’ leave balances, the user must verify the correct leave balance in the military pay system. LeaveWeb will record who updated the leave balance and when on the requesting user’s profile.

  1. Search for the user whose leave balances need updating.

  2. Access the user’s profile.

  3. Click thepencil icon next to Edit Leave Balances. The Edit Leave Balance screen displays.
  4. Enter the correct Balance, ETS, or Use/Lose amounts.
  5. Click Save.

 

The updated leave balances display on the member’s LeaveWeb profile. For users listed on the once monthly LBL that is pulled into LeaveWeb, the leave balances are automatically updated to reflect the leave balances in DJMS.
