The LeaveWeb Leave Audit and FM Leave Audit screens display electronic versions of the AF 1486. At 30 day intervals, the Base Admin/Finance, CSS Admin/Authorize, and Unit Commander/Designee must review and electronically sign their respective leave audits to verify that they have reviewed that all leave is closed and posted to the pay record or is in the process of being worked.
If there is no open leave for the current month, LeaveWeb will not generate a leave audit.
On page load within the current Leave Audit month, all authorized leaves will not display in Open Leave Records until the Last Day of leave has occurred. Select Include Incomplete Leaves checkbox to review all leaves that have been authorized and in process, if desired to review incomplete leaves for a specific unit or base.
Each month, LeaveWeb will send the following automated emails to alert the appropriate parties that the Leave Audit is due:
CSS will receive an email five days into the following month stating that the Leave Audit
(AF 1486) should be reviewed and may require action before the Unit Commander can sign it.
Unit Commander and Designee will receive an email notice to sign the AF 1486 10 days into the following month.
Base FM will receive an email five days into the following month stating that the FM Leave Audit (AF 1486) should be reviewed and may require action before FM can sign it.
