Successive Leave Report

The Successive Leave Report identifies to the Commander and all Admins potentially inappropriate use of successive leave. Successive leave is when someone has a group of leave days that are separated by another group of leave days of 3, 2, or 1 days in between. The Successive Leave Report returns all leave that has been taken by members within your hierarchy, based on the criteria selected.

An example of successive leave returned by the Successive Leave Report is of a member who takes leave on a Friday, returns on the same day, and then immediately takes leave on the following Monday.

The search criteria are used to narrow down the report results. The search dropdown boxes are based on the user’s level in LeaveWeb. Begin/End Dates are required, however, if a SSN is entered, the Begin/End Dates are not required.
