Users with AFIMSC/AFAFO Admin privilege, Base Admin/Finance privilege, and CSS Admin/Authorize privilege can monitor and edit organizations a level below in the LeaveWeb hierarchy. For example, an AFIMSC/AFAFO Admin can monitor and edit Bases, CSSs, and Units. A Base Admin/Finance user can monitor and edit CSSs and Units within their Base. A CSS Admin/Authorize user can monitor and edit Units within their CSS.
